1. Order Cancellation Window

- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase without any charges. - After 24 hours, cancellations may not be guaranteed if the order has already been processed or shipped.

2. How to Cancel

You can request cancellation through:

“My Orders” section in your EKart account.
Contacting our customer support team via email or chat.

3. Refund Process

- If the order is successfully cancelled, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. - For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Exceptions

Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation, including but not limited to:

Customized or personalized products.
Perishable or consumable goods.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”.

      ⚠️ Note: Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return request after delivery if eligible.
